At Impacte Fragrance, we want you to love every bottle you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help — fairly and transparently.
Eligible Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product arrived damaged or leaked in transit.
- You received the wrong item or variant.
- The seal was broken before delivery (not opened by you).
- The product appears counterfeit or clearly defective.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, used, or tested fragrances (for hygiene reasons).
- Products with broken seals caused after delivery acceptance.
- Clearance or final-sale items (if marked as such).
- Gift sets where individual items have been opened.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us within 7 days at 0331-8207333 or via our contact form.
- Provide your order ID, phone number, and photos of the issue.
- Our team will review and guide you on pickup or exchange.
- Do not discard the product or packaging until your case is resolved.
Refunds
- Approved refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Partial refunds may apply if only part of an order is affected.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.
